Sensory processing disorder (SPD) can be a challenging for individuals of all ages. In essence, SPD deals with the brain processes sensory input from the surroundings. This means that individuals with SPD may feel sensations more intensely than others. Many common symptoms of SPD include: Heightened sensitivity to sounds, lights, textures, or
